Quote Process

Contact me for a quote. I'll ask you some questions about your project, and I may also ask you to send any supporting information or documents. If it's a large project, we'll discuss your requirements in detail. Then, I'll send you a quote, based on the information you give me.

If you are satisfied with the quote, an initial deposit of 50% of the agreed upon price is required before work on a project will begin. By remitting this deposit, you indicate that you agree to the quoted price and the work terms, and work on the service requested will begin.

Once the initial payment is received, I'll write a first draft and send it to you for review. If you have any changes I'll tweak your project, based on your feedback.

Upon final acceptance of the completed project, a final invoice is sent. Once the final payment is received, the completed project will be sent to you, along with any of your original items in my possession. Note that the cost of return shipping for such items will be included on the final invoice.


PayPal is my preferred payment venue. Invoices are sent to clients via email through PayPal and payments can be made in the form of most major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal payments, via PayPal. Clients need not have a PayPal account to make payments via these methods. What is PayPal?
